Job Responsibilities
- Model for product photo and video shoots for the online page and ads
- Host regular Facebook Live sessions to present products and answer viewers’ questions in real time
- Call customers to confirm orders and verify delivery details
- Handle calls from courier services about pickups, deliveries, returns, and delivery issues
- Respond to customer queries politely and professionally by phone and inbox
- Keep order confirmation and delivery status records up to date
- Support the e-commerce team with other related tasks when needed
Requirements
- Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent
- Presentable, attractive, and confident in front of the camera
- Clear, pleasant voice with good speaking skills in Bangla (basic English is a plus)
- Comfortable modeling for product videos and going live on Facebook
- Friendly, patient, and polite with customers
- Basic smartphone and computer skills (Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp)
- Previous experience in e-commerce, live selling, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Gender: Female only
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: BDT 20,000 per month (2 Festival Bonus)
